General Business Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions for use of runn3r that can be contacted on email address hello@runn3r.ai. This website is for use by persons who are 18 years and over only.

Website Conduct

You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the website.

Account Registration and Sign-In Methods

To use certain features of Runn3r, you must register for an account. You may register using an email address and password, or by signing in with a third-party provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple). By using any sign-in method, you agree to the additional processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may disconnect any third-party sign-in provider at any time in your account settings, provided at least one sign-in method remains active. You may reset your password via the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.

Product and Availability

Products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible, and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock product.

Order Process

An order is placed on the website by pressing the 'Place Order Now' button at the end of the checkout process. We will send you an email confirming your order. This email does not constitute an acceptance of your order by us.

Price of Goods

The price listed on the website for our products will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price to account for increases in our supplier's prices, new taxes or duties, or if due to an error the price for the products on the website is wrong.

Delivery

We will endeavor to deliver the products within the lead time shown for each product at the time of purchase. However, any dates specified for delivery are approximate only.

Domain Registration

Runn3r offers domain name registration as an optional add-on to your subscription. When you purchase a domain through Runn3r, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms:

1. What you receive. You purchase the right to use the registered domain in connection with your Runn3r site for the registration period (typically one year, renewable). For the duration of the registration period, the domain points to the site you build on Runn3r and is configured automatically (DNS, SSL).
2. Registrant of record. Runn3r registers the domain through an ICANN-accredited registrar (or, for country-code TLDs, the registry-accredited equivalent). Runn3r is recorded as the registrant for operational reasons (DNS automation, certificate issuance, abuse handling). The current registrar partners are listed in our Privacy Policy as sub-processors and may change over time.
3. Transfer of ownership. You may request a transfer of the domain registration to your own account at any registrar of your choice. Transfers are subject to ICANN, registry, and registrar rules — most TLDs require a minimum holding period of sixty (60) days from the most recent registration, transfer, or change of registrant. A transfer fee may apply depending on the receiving registrar. To request a transfer, contact hello@runn3r.ai; we will provide an authorization (auth) code and assist with the procedure within a reasonable time. After transfer, all renewal and management responsibilities pass to you.
4. Renewal and expiry. Domains renew automatically unless you disable auto-renewal in your account settings. We attempt to charge your payment method on file before the renewal date and notify you in advance. If a renewal payment fails or auto-renewal is disabled, the domain will expire at the end of the paid period and may stop resolving. Recovery of an expired domain is subject to the registry's grace and redemption rules and may incur additional fees. If you cancel your Runn3r subscription but a domain remains paid, it remains active for the remainder of its paid period; you may request a transfer at any time during that period (subject to point 3 above).
5. Refunds and cancellation. Once a domain has been successfully registered with the registry, the registration fee is non-refundable, in line with industry practice and the personalised nature of domain registration. If a registration request fails — for example, the registrar declines the order, the registry rejects it, or the domain becomes unavailable before the order is accepted — we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. If a registration order remains unconfirmed by the registrar for more than seven (7) days, we treat it as failed and issue an automatic refund.

You are responsible for ensuring that the domain name you choose does not infringe third-party rights (trademarks, names, copyrights). Registries and ICANN may suspend, transfer, or cancel a domain in response to dispute resolution proceedings (e.g. UDRP) or applicable law; in such cases Runn3r will act in accordance with the binding decision and is not liable for the outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall our liability and that of our suppliers to you and/or any third parties for any damages exceed $150.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time by posting an updated version on the website.

Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong.

Termination

We may terminate the website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. We may also terminate your account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.
